Appointments
All patients are seen by appointment only. Call (262) 652-9500.
Our staff has been trained to classify appointment requests into three categories:
If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients.
Office Accessibility
Our office offers convenient free parking immediately adjacent to the building. There are no steps, stairs, or ramps in our parking lot or building. We have a wheelchair, walker, transfer board and Posey Gait/Transfer Belt available for patient use. We have an examination room where patients can usually be examined without transferring from the wheelchair. This examination room will not easily accommodate patients who are unable to sit upright or lean forward or who are sitting in wheelchairs that are unusually wide or low to the ground. Therefore, if at all possible, please come in a standard wheelchair.
